Skype several ways to add friends

existUsing Skype on Windows or Mac

1. Click the Add Contact button. The button is located at the top of the left pane and its icon is like the outline of a portrait with a "+" sign.

2. Search for the contacts you need to add. You can search by name, Skype username or email address. The person you are searching for must be a registered Skype user.

3. Browse the search results. You may get multiple results, especially when you search by your real name. If you can't determine which person you should add, you can ask them about their Skype username or email address to register.

4. Add contacts to the contact list. After finding the contacts you want to add in the search results list, click their name and click the "Add to Contact" button in the upper right corner. A window with contact-related information will open. You can set this information as needed.

5. Wait for the other party to accept it. You must wait until they accept your friend's request before you can see the status of the contact. After they accept the request, their status icon will change from the original question mark.

6. Bulk import of contacts. If you need to import all contacts from another program, you can use the Import Contacts feature. You can import contacts from Facebook, Outlook, and different international email services.

Click the Contacts menu and select Import Contacts.

Select the service from which you want to import contacts.

Enter the username and password for the service.Skype claims that no password information will be saved.

Skype will display everyone with a Skype account from your import list. Click the "Add Contact" button to import all contacts. If you don't want to import someone, just uncheck the checkbox next to their name.

Choose to send information to NoSkype account person. Skype will send messages to people who do not have a Skype account on the list. You can choose to skip this step by ignore button.

The contacts you added will not show their status until these people accept your request.

1. Slide at the bottom of the Skype app. If you are using a computer with a mouse, move the mouse at the bottom of the screen. Touch or click the "Add Contact" button in the lower right corner.

2. Search for the contacts you want to add. You can search by name, Skype username or email address. Enter the search content in the search bar in the upper right and click the magnifying glass button.

3. Browse the search results list. Tap or tap the contact you wish to add and then tap the "Add to Contact" button.

You can add personalized information to your contacts as needed. Tap Send to send your request.

1. Press the menu key on the device. Tap "Add Contact Hot".

2. Search for the contacts you want to add. You can search by name, Skype username, email address, or phone number. Touch the magnifying glass icon or press Enter on the keyboard to search.

3. Browse the search results. Once you find the contacts you want to add, tap the search results and then tap the "+" icon to add them to the contact list.

4. Send request information. You can customize adding contact request information. You can also use the default text to send requests.

1. Touch the Contact button. You will see your contact list. Select one of the lists you want to add.

2. Touch the "Add Contact" button. The button is located in the upper right corner of the interface, and its icon is like the outline of a portrait with a "+" sign.

3. Choose your method. You can "search the Skype directory", "Save phone number", or "Import from iPhone".

"Search Skype Directory" allows you to search by the user's name, Skype username or email address. After entering your search you will see a list of search results. Touch the contact you need to add and click the "Add Contact" button. You will be able to customize the request information.

"Save Phone Number" allows you to enter someone's name and phone number and then add them to your contact list. You will then be able to use your Skype coins to call the other party.

"Import from iPhone" allows you to import contacts from your iPhone and add their numbers to your Skype contacts. This will add a name and phone number without adding that contact as a Skype user.
